Project Communication

Most project discussions and confirmations are handled through WhatsApp, email, or other communication platforms.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, files, and feedback.

Payments

Payments are handled manually through bank transfer, QR code, or other agreed methods.

Projects may require partial or full advance payment before work begins.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be provided depending on the agreed project scope. Excessive or repeated changes outside the original agreement may result in additional charges.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on mutual discussion before project confirmation. No refunds will be issued after final project delivery.

Project Delays

Syntrix Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Late client responses
• Missing content or files
• Changes in project requirements
• Third-party platform issues

Intellectual Property

Clients own their original business content and materials. However, Syntrix Studio may display completed projects or previews for portfolio, branding, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Syntrix Studio is not liable for:

• Business losses
• Website downtime caused by third-party services
• Platform policy changes
• Data loss outside our control

All services are provided on a best-effort basis.
